This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and of all other obligations or liabilities on the part of ROLL-N-LOCK. ROLL-N-LOCK neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any other liability in connection with the sale of its products. The warranty expires if the product is removed from the original vehicle or if the original vehicle is transferred to another owner. The warranty is not transferable from the original purchaser. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limits on implied warranties, therefore the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
