1. Shipping

WildTop Truck Caps will ships within 3–5 business days; transit time is 7–16 business days. (Estimated Delivery: 10-21 business days)

2. Returns Policy

We realise that things don't always go as expected, and sometimes items may have to be returned e.g. you have received the wrong item, or maybe you have just changed your mind. As such, we offer a 30-day no fuss returns period. Truck Caps can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund, customer will be in charge of the return shipping costs. All returns must be returned in the original box and in like-new working condition to receive a full refund. If not, your refund amount may be reduced. Any custom made products or accessories cannot be returned.

To return your order, please email us at sales@truckbedsupplies.com to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) Number and the RA number will need to be clearly written on the outside of the packaging when the goods are returned to us for processing.

Please Note: This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferrable.

3. WildTop Truck Cap Warranty:

- Frame and Canvas Cap - 2 years against manufacturing and material faults under normal use.
- PVC Windows are warranted for a period of 1 Year from date of purchase for all orders after 5th April 2024 (For orders before 5 April 2024 the warranty is 6 months).
- Zipper fade not warrantable.
- If you wish to make a warranty claim please contact us to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) Number.
- The RA number will need to be clearly written on the outside of the packaging when the goods are returned to us for processing.

Any unauthorised returns will be refused by our Receiving Department and returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.
Under the 2 year warranty, we will repair any manufacturers fault on the product or if we cannot repair it we will replace it for you free of charge. This does not cover items damaged as a result of abuse, misuse, negligence, alteration, accidents, not used in accordance with the installation instructions, damage in transit, or the like. Colour fading is a normal process that happens to fabric in the sun. It is not a warranty issue.

What tools do I need to install?

As a general guide for the majority of WildTop Truck Cap products you will require a drill, pop rivet gun, 4mm drill bit, pencil and tape measure, however this may vary with different models. For exact requirements, see the fitting instructions available on each product page.

How much is freight?

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Your order will be dispatched within 3-5 business days after your payment has been cleared.

What is your returns policy?

We offer returns for 30 days from the date you receive your order. You can return the product to us as long as it is in its original condition, complete with its fitting kit. There will be a 10% restocking fee for all Truck Cap Returns. We may ask you why you want to return it as your feedback will allow us to further improve our systems and processes.

How long is the warranty and what does it cover?

WildTop offers a 2 year warranty against manufacturing and material faults under normal use. Under this warranty, if a product is wrongly described, faulty or damaged, you may choose between a replacement or refund. Under these circumstances WildTop will pay all of the return freight charges. This does not cover damaged items resulting from abuse, misuse, alteration, accident, damage in transit. Please note that items will need to be returned in their original condition in terms of both the product and its packaging. Yes, the WildTop is made from 16 oz premium heavy duty canvas material that is completely waterproof.

Can I carry a load on top of the WildTop Truck Cap?

Yes. The WildTop's massive 770 lbs static weight is perfect for mounting a rooftop tent or carrying any item that weighs up to 220 lbs.

The WildTop Truck Cap is extremely lightweight weighing less than 44 lbs and lowers vehicle GVM to carry more.

How do I correctly close my tailgate with the WildTop Installed?

We’d like to share the correct method for opening your tailgate and ensuring the long-lasting durability and waterproof performance of your cover.

1) Unzip the canvas and lift it up out of the way before opening the tailgate. You can either roll it up and secure it using the provided straps or unzip it enough so it won’t get caught in the tailgate.
2) Carefully close the tailgate, ensuring the canvas is not obstructing the closure.
3) Rezip the canvas after closing the tailgate to create a tight, waterproof seal.

To maintain the waterproof rating of your WildTop canvas cover, it’s essential that the cover drapes down past the top edge of the tailgate. By following these simple steps, you’ll ensure no damage comes to your WildTop and that your cargo remains protected from the elements.

Can I drive with the sides rolled up?

Yes! in 2024 we upgraded the magnets used in the straps that hold up the sides of the cap to allow users to drive with the sides rolled up.

Is there any extra conditioning required for the WildTop canvas?

The premium canvas of your truck cap also requires special care to maintain its physical performance and aesthetic lustre. In particular, the waterproof performance of the canvas can be improved through proper conditioning. To condition the canvas, start by fitting the cap to your truck. Then thoroughly wet the canvas with a garden hose, making sure to cover both the inside and the outside. Allow the cap to fully dry, preferably in the sun. Repeat 2 or 3 more times. This allows the fabric to settle after transport and packaging.

The following key points will help maximise the durability and life of your canvas:
• To remove dirt, brush the fabric with a soft bristle brush. An occasional hosing may remove dust and some ingrained dirt.
• Never scrub the canvas fabric.
• Do not expose to petrol or oil.
• Immediately remove deposits of organic matter (such as soil, grass, bird droppings).
• Remove any mildew, as it appears, first by brushing, then by treating with diluted chlorine bleach (typically 1 part household grade bleach to 4 parts water to achieve 1% available chlorine). Allow to dry in the sun, then hose well to remove any residue.
• Do not use strong bleach such as ‘pool chlorine’.
• Do not use soaps, detergents, solvents, or other liquid cleaners.

By following these instructions, you can extend the life of your soft truck cap, maintain its aesthetic appeal, and enhance its functional performance. I like it so far

Well made, well packaged, quick delivery, simple installation. Can't ask for much more than that. Paired with a DECKED Drawer System and Cargo Glide for a home repair business to keep my tools dry and somewhat protected. Pretty happy with the setup. Lots of rain since the install and no water to be found inside.

Perfect truck cap for ford maverick

It was not easy to install with that confusing manual but definitely a good product.
It gives a good waterproof space inside the truck and the racks are perfectly spaced out on the outside.
The Customer service was amazing, and they don’t let you down.
Very happy and definitely recommend it.

One small change and it’ll be perfect.

The topper itself is awesome. It’s been raining here the last few days and I’ve had no leakage. It is solid on the truck. The only thing keeping this from 5 stars is one small issue on the Tundra install. The hex head screws that hold the topper to the track. The kit comes with .8” which is about 20mm and they really need to be 25mm. It’s a pain to get them to start into the square nuts in the track. They just push the nut to the back of the track and won’t engage. Do yourself a favor and go get some M8x25mm cap screws before installing. Wildcat really should just include longer screws.
