Just installed on my Sierra EV , and I’m genuinely impressed. Compared to the OEM cover, this one is in a league of its own. The build quality is solid, durable, and clearly designed with real-world use in mind. It fits snugly, seals tight, and gives the bed a sleek, low-profile look that enhances the truck’s overall appearance.
Installation was straightforward, and the locking mechanism feels secure and smooth. I’ve already noticed better protection against the elements, and there’s zero rattling or flexing even at highway speeds.
If you’re debating between OEM and aftermarket, don’t hesitate, this cover is the smarter choice. It’s functional, stylish, and built to last.

Great cover was doing 80mph and the cap stayed strong. Was able to completely assemble it in little under 2 hours andI did 80% of it by myself. not bad for the first time putting it together ha ha. quality and customer service was amazing. delivery was a little slow. my ETA date got pushed back twice. Wish they would use UPS.

The X2 roll up cover is very low profile, easy to install, secure, and functional. Don’t hesitate to buy it. After digging in and doing research on covers, this seemed to be the best. With a lingering question mark I purchased it and after using it, couldn’t be happier. It’s easy to put together, however, I’d watch several different install videos to get the complete picture. The extra rail kit for shorter bed trucks like the Ridgeline - spray on bed, put together a little differently than larger trucks without the extra rails. A suggestion to BAK would be to make a complete head to tail video covering all aspects of the install - bolt to bolt. In the end looking back, it’s as easy as pie.

The BAKflip MX4 is everything it is advertised to be. I couldn't be happier with the quality. Now that it is successfully installed, I am very pleased with it. The packaging was excellent and I received it promptly. Upon inspection I found all parts included, plus a bag of extras. I did find one 3-4" scratch on an exterior panel, but not critical enough to warrant a replacement. The installation, however, was a bit frustrating. The only paperwork included was a card with a QR code for installation instructions. I prefer included paper instructions, rather than trying to keep my phone screen on and exposed in a working environment. I read the general instructions and watched some videos, but found variations that did not address my specific 2016 Ram 2500. When installing the bulkhead seal it came up short by an inch or so. I removed it and tried again by stretching it as I reapplied it, but it still came up about 1/4" short. I was careful to follow the instructions for the proper application area, but it was obviously too short, with no excess to cut of with scissors as indicated. We'll see if it is sealed enough? As for the clamps, they have two adjustment options with no specific instructions for my truck model, so I chose one position, installed them, then found it was the wrong position when installing the cover. So, back to square one, removing and reinstalling them. An indicated 30-minute install ended up at 2 hours... no big deal, since it's done and working fine now. I took one star off due to the installation issues, the unit itself gets five stars.

This was a great alternative to a hard top cover. It was pretty easy to put together, although I did it with my husband and had to go onto YouTube to watch how to put it together. The directions that come with it are very vague and really need much more details and better pictures. Either way, I was able to walk through the directions that came with it, along with the video online and it went pretty smoothly.
It was put up about a month ago and has been going strong since. We have gotten several inches/ft of snow since then and it has been strong and steady in the wind and weather.
Overall, great for the price and exactly what we wanted.

Well, this is my 2nd purchase of this product. The 1st one was on my 2019 F150 and this one...which is slightly improved....is on my Ridgeline. It looks awesome and works perfectly. While there are many types of tonneau covers, this one prevails for looks, security and ease of installation. Highly recommend.

Great product! Install takes about an hour for each. After that, setup between the topper and tonneau is quick and easy!

So durable and neat. It is just what my truck needed to set it off.

OnceI got the bed cover, I checked to see if all the parts were present which they were. I went to put the top on the truck after installing the pads and rails. I discovered that at the factory the front header that anchors the top material was incorrectly installed upside down, So I had to reinstall the header to the material and then the cover material fit with the outside up and the support bars underneath. Needless to say that the install time was a bit more time than advertised. I got the top adjusted and now the cover works well. I do like how it fits and seals.

The toolbox itself is great. We had some minor damage during shipping, but the Chandler rep has been very responsive and trying to resolve with some type of discount. I do not want to return box.

I installed the Wildtop Soft cap on my 2018 Ram 1500 work truck a few weeks ago. The install was pretty easy. I did it by myself it took about 4hrs. Only part I needed help, was picking it up and placing it on the bed for final placement. It looks great, I get compliments everywhere. I highly recommend this product. Truck Bed Supplies shipped it fast, safely, and it arrived in great shape. I will be purchasing from here again in the future!

So, I picked up this BAKFlip MX4 TS tonneau cover for my truck a couple weeks ago since it has those T-slot rails for adding racks later.
The box showed up in good shape – everything was packed tight, no damage, and they threw in all the bits I needed plus a few extra hardware, which was nice in case I dropped one. Instructions were pretty straightforward; I just followed them step by step without any head-scratching moments. I’m not a pro mechanic or anything, but I got it installed solo in about an hour. Clamped right on, no drilling needed, and the cover lined up fine.
The cover feels solid – aluminum panels with a tough finish that doesn’t look cheap. It’s easy to fold up when I need full bed access, and it seals up very decent against the weather so far under a downpour rain 2 days. Comparing to OEM version, it seems to be better, especially the coating on the tonneau for durability.
All in all, I’m happy with it. If you’re looking for something sturdy that doesn’t take forever to put on, this one’s a good pick. I’d buy it again.

Perfect fitting tonneau cover. This is my second truck that I have put the G2 on. Even after heavy rains, the bed remains dry. Took under an hour from unboxing to fully fit the bed cover. No tools required! Great company, and even better website as the order came in 2 days. Thank you!
