We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Estimated shipping times are based on information provided by suppliers and freight companies and are subject to change without notice due to factors such as supply chain disruptions, delays in raw material production, and increased shipping demands. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.
Most orders will ship out within 0-2 Business Days. Once the order ships, it will take between 1-5 Business Days to get delivered.

Cancellations & Refunds: At Truck Bed Supplies we pride ourselves on having the best return policies in the industry. Cancel your order any time before it ships completely free of charge (exceptions apply such as custom/special orders, see below).

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can refund you in full before your order leaves the warehouse. Reach agents during business hours at (845) 579-3631, the chat in the bottom right, or email sales@truckbedsupplies.com any time.
Cancellations After The Order Has Shipped
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If you no longer want the item, you will need to wait until it is delivered and then initiate a return. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required to properly return the item.
Cancellations of Custom Orders
Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order.
These units are custom-made to your specifications or created once you order. Once you place your order they start building your unit. Your warranty will guarantee you a fully functional and operational product. If it is not clear whether your order is custom or made to order, please message or call us.
All sales are final for custom-made and Made-to-order products.
Refunds and Returns.
If you need to exchange your product, you may do so, as long as the product has not been used or opened. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes.
Not all orders are available for return once they have shipped. We order our products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a return. This often varies on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to us if you would like specific information on your brand and/or product.
Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur a 20% restocking fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product.
Customers have 30 days from the date they received the item to initiate a return.

When you are making a purchase from Truck Bed Supplies, you are acknowledging the following of the Exchange Agreement:
I understand I am to inspect the package upon delivery, and notate and take pictures if there is any damage and provide it to Truck Bed Supplies within 24 hours of the product being delivered.
I understand that I am responsible for the cost of return shipping and the cost of a new product shipping in the case of a refund or exchange.
I understand that products need to be returned unopened and unused. An additional restocking fee may occur.
I understand that if my order has left the warehouse, that I am unable to receive a full refund.
I understand that if I return my order once it has shipped, I will be responsible for paying any return shipping fees and restocking fees, which vary by product but are usually around 20%.
I understand that shipping date estimates outlined on product pages are estimates and may change due to factors completely outside the control of Truck Bed Supplies.
I understand and agree that I will not cancel my order or file a chargeback for an order delay or because an estimate time provided to me turned out to be incorrect due to factors outside the control of Truck Bed Supplies (such as manufacturing and logistical constraints of our partner companies).
Damages
If a package appears to have been damaged during shipping, most likely the item is still okay. Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should take any pictures and make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos of damage, box and SKU, along with a brief description of the damage tosales@truckbedsupplies.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Photos and videos must be sent for freight damage within 48 hours of arrival or the freight damage claim will not be valid. Any punctures, or visible signs of exterior damage must be reported within 48 hours.
Warranty
Warranties vary depending upon the manufacturer - see individual product pages for details. Warranty damages occur over time and from use. If an item was damaged upon arrival, and not reported within 30 days, that is not a warranty claim.
Returns
If you choose to return an item for any reason other than shipping damage or product defects within 30 days of receiving it, please contact us first to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return address. Please note that return addresses may differ from the original shipping address, so it's important to reach out before sending your item back. You, the customer, are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any insurance. Once we receive the item and confirm that it is unused and undamaged, we will issue a full refund, minus a 20% restocking fee.
Nearly all of our products have guarantee warranty policies - meaning that you will 100% get a fully functional, operating product that you paid for without any extra expenses incurred on your end - please see individual product pages for details.

Bestop warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for defined periods based on product type, provided there has been normal use and proper maintenance as defined in the product instructions. If Bestop mis-packages the item, Bestop will send the correct part needed as soon as possible.
If you are looking to request a return due to an incorrect part in the package, Bestop will instead consider it a warranty issue and follow the warranty policy below accordingly. To see the Return Policy, click HERE.

– Premium Twill fabric material (excluding hardware)
– EZ-Fold Tonneau Covers
– EZ-Roll Tonneau Covers
BESTOP® LIMITED 3-YEAR WARRANTY:
– Black Diamond, Denim, and Sailcloth fabric material (excluding hardware)
– eTop Twill fabric, hardware, and motors (excluding windows which are covered for 1 year from professional installation)
BESTOP® LIMITED 1-YEAR WARRANTY:
– Pavement Ends Soft Tops
– Retractable Sunshade and SunScreen
– Supertop For Truck 2 Tonneau Covers
– Seats
– All other Bestop® products and accessories
Bestop VINYL WINDOWS, SOFT TOP HARDWARE, and ZIPPERS are warranted for 1 year from the date of purchase. This excludes damage caused by atmospheric conditions, dirt, sand, road grime, dust, and abrasive cleaners.
EXCLUSIONS
Bestop does NOT warrant products under the following conditions:
Misuse, abuse, accidents, vandalism, negligence, fire, improper installation, modification, or improper/inadequate maintenance. (Ex. Using home cleaning products, off-roading, car wash, or garaging damage)
Non-compliance with product documentation, instructions, or applicable law or regulations; use in extreme conditions. (Ex. Attempting to install something different than the instructions entail)
Force Majeure including but not limited to earthquake, hurricane, tornado, flooding, or other disasters natural or man-made, civil unrest, strikes, declared or undeclared war, or lack of performance by, or discontinued product of, supply chain partners whose products, software, operations or management is beyond the control of Bestop. (Ex. Anything full coverage vehicle insurance would cover is excluded from this warranty)
Damage resulting in breakage (including without limitation, spontaneous breakage, accidental break, or break by any other means) of a product or any part. (Ex. Pulling into a garage with the soft top open, an object impacting the product)
Damage to vinyl windows due to misuse, or cracking due to varying weather conditions. (Ex. Cold cracks due to fluctuations in temperatures under 70 degrees, folding windows causing crack lines, foggy/unclear windows)
If the return is due to an incorrect part in the package, Bestop will consider it a warranty issue and follow the return policy accordingly.
Any damage caused by the use of aftermarket products or materials alongside Bestop products. If such third-party items lead to damage, repair or replacement of Bestop products will not be covered.
Normal wear and tear.
Please note that parts received under the Bestop warranty policy cannot be returned for a refund on the original purchase.
Bestop Inc. provides a warranty for its products as outlined in this warranty policy. However, Bestop Inc. is not responsible for any import fees, taxes, or customs duties imposed by foreign governments on products covered by the warranty. Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. It is the customer’s obligation to cover all relevant costs associated with the importation of warranty-covered products into their country.
Bestop products are designed for self-installation, and therefore, Bestop cannot pay for labor charges associated with the removal or re-installation of an item. If damage was caused during a professional installation, the installer is responsible for replacement or repair.
The warranty applies to the ORIGINAL PURCHASER listed on the proof of purchase and is not transferable or assignable, including the product included with a vehicle purchase. The warranty does not apply to any product bought from auction-style or price-bid websites, even when advertised as new or unopened (e.g. eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist). Closeout, open-box, or “Used” purchases from third-party purchasers (e.g. Amazon) are also excluded from the warranty.
Any shipping damage, missing parts, or other order issues must be reported with proof of purchase images or other supporting documentation within 30 DAYS of delivery.
