Shipping Times:
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Estimated shipping times are based on information provided by suppliers and freight companies and are subject to change without notice due to factors such as supply chain disruptions, delays in raw material production, and increased shipping demands. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times. 

Most orders will ship out within 0-2 Business Days. Once the order ships, it will take between 1-5 Business Days to get delivered.

Please note that shipping times may vary based on the brand and whether the item is made to order. Refer to the brand-specific shipping estimates below for more accurate timelines:

  • WildTop Products: Ships within 3–5 business days; transit time is 7–16 business days. (Estimated Delivery: 10-21 business days)

  • Fas-Top Products: Ships within 20–25 business days; transit time is 1–7 business days.(Estimated Delivery: 21-32 business days)

  • Chandler Truck Accessories Products: Ships within 3–5 business days; transit time is 2–7 business days.(Estimated Delivery: 5-12 business days)

Cancellations & Refunds: At Truck Bed Supplies we pride ourselves on having the best return policies in the industry. Cancel your order any time before it ships completely free of charge (exceptions apply such as custom/special orders, see below).

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can refund you in full before your order leaves the warehouse. Reach agents during business hours at (845) 579-3631, the chat in the bottom right, or email sales@truckbedsupplies.com any time. 

Cancellations After The Order Has Shipped

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If you no longer want the item, you will need to wait until it is delivered and then initiate a return. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required to properly return the item.

Cancellations of Custom Orders

Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order.

These units are custom-made to your specifications or created once you order. Once you place your order they start building your unit. Your warranty will guarantee you a fully functional and operational product. If it is not clear whether your order is custom or made to order, please message or call us. 

All sales are final for custom-made and Made-to-order products.

Refunds and Returns.

If you need to exchange your product, you may do so, as long as the product has not been used or opened. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes. 

Not all orders are available for return once they have shipped. We order our products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a return. This often varies on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to us if you would like specific information on your brand and/or product. 

Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur a 20% restocking fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product. 

Customers have 30 days from the date they received the item to initiate a return.

Please Read the Following

When you are making a purchase from Truck Bed Supplies, you are acknowledging the following of the Exchange Agreement:

  • I understand I am to inspect the package upon delivery, and notate and take pictures if there is any damage and provide it to Truck Bed Supplies within 24 hours of the product being delivered.

  • I understand that I am responsible for the cost of return shipping and the cost of a new product shipping in the case of a refund or exchange. 

  • I understand that products need to be returned unopened and unused.  An additional restocking fee may occur.

  • I understand that if my order has left the warehouse, that I am unable to receive a full refund. 

  • I understand that if I return my order once it has shipped, I will be responsible for paying any return shipping fees and restocking fees, which vary by product but are usually around 20%. 

  • I understand that shipping date estimates outlined on product pages are estimates and may change due to factors completely outside the control of Truck Bed Supplies.

  • I understand and agree that I will not cancel my order or file a chargeback for an order delay or because an estimate time provided to me turned out to be incorrect due to factors outside the control of Truck Bed Supplies (such as manufacturing and logistical constraints of our partner companies).

Damages

If a package appears to have been damaged during shipping, most likely the item is still okay. Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should take any pictures and make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos of damage, box and SKU, along with a brief description of the damage tosales@truckbedsupplies.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Photos and videos must be sent for freight damage within 48 hours of arrival or the freight damage claim will not be valid. Any punctures, or visible signs of exterior damage must be reported within 48 hours. 

Warranty

Warranties vary depending upon the manufacturer - see individual product pages for details. Warranty damages occur over time and from use. If an item was damaged upon arrival, and not reported within 30 days, that is not a warranty claim.

Returns

If you choose to return an item for any reason other than shipping damage or product defects within 30 days of receiving it, please contact us first to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return address. Please note that return addresses may differ from the original shipping address, so it's important to reach out before sending your item back. You, the customer, are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any insurance. Once we receive the item and confirm that it is unused and undamaged, we will issue a full refund, minus a 20% restocking fee.

Nearly all of our products have guarantee warranty policies - meaning that you will 100% get a fully functional, operating product that you paid for without any extra expenses incurred on your end - please see individual product pages for details.

Warranty

BODYGUARD® offers the following warranty agreement:

WORKMANSHIP:  All products manufactured by Bodyguard carry a LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY for manufacturing defects in workmanship and/or material.

POWDER COAT:  All powder coat finishes carry a LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY from the original date of purchase.

In this warranty statement, the term “defect” is defined as any imperfections which impair the use of the product for which it was intended. This warranty is expressly limited to repair or replacement and is non-transferable between customers or vehicles.  

Purchaser is responsible for retaining all proof of purchase documents—duplicate receipts for purpose of warranty claim will not be provided.  

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide a written description of defects to the manufacturer within 30 days of discovering claimed defects.

High resolution digital pictures are required in order to present evidence of defects. However, in certain cases the submission of pictures may not exempt purchaser from being required to return the actual product to Bodyguard for inspection and warranty decision.

If Bodyguard approves a powder coat warranty claim, the reimbursement for powder coat repair shall not exceed $300.00 per item.  Under the powder coat warranty, Bodyguard does NOT cover shipping, removal, installation, or other incidental fees. 

In order for a defect warranty claim to be honored, the following conditions must be met:

Product must be sent to Bodyguard at the customer’s expense—we do not reimburse for shipping, fuel, or other associated costs. Bodyguard will inspect the product to determine if damages are a result of misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, collision, or normal wear and tear, etc. Bodyguard reserves the right to make warranty decision after in-person inspection. At the discretion of Bodyguard, if it is determined that damage is under warranty, the sole responsibility of Bodyguard shall be for the repair or replacement of the product or the equivalent. If the product is repaired or replaced by Bodyguard under said warranty, the remainder of the original warranty period shall remain in effect and will not be extended due to repair or replacement.

This warranty statement does NOT cover any associated costs including but not limited to:

Labor or installation; freight/shipping; fuel/mileage; improper installation; road hazards; rock chips; normal wear and tear; weather conditions; misuse/abuse; damage from impact or collision; damage to other personal property; product fabrication, alteration, or modification in any form; extension of any voided warranty the vehicle manufacturer offers; warranty or extended warranty offered by another powder coater. We offer no implied warranties, written or otherwise, including the implied warranty of fitness or merchantability.

Powder coat warranty does NOT cover chemical applications that have been applied—whether directly or indirectly—to the product.  Examples include: cleaners; road chemicals; salt or brine applied to icy roads; etc.  It is the responsibility of the purchaser to routinely clean the powder coat finish and not allow chemicals or road spray to build up and sit on the surface of the powder.  While powder coat is generally more durable than paint, powder coat can deteriorate over time and will eventually fail if not properly taken care of. Bodyguard will not cover any claims related to powder coat failure due to chemical build up or in cases where the surface has not been properly cared for or kept clean.

Under no circumstances will Bodyguard be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from use or misuse of our products.
