Worksport stands by its products, we want to make sure that if there are any issues that are covered under warranty you have a path to get your issues dealt with in a quick, hassle free manner.
Worksport Ltd. (Worksport) warranties the products to be free from defects in material and workmanship on all aluminum framing, plastics, and hardware, against manufacturers defects after the date of purchase for a period of 3 years.
If you discover a defect in a product covered by this warranty we will, at our option, repair the product using new or refurbished components, or if repair is not possible, replace the item.

To maintain a painted aluminum surface, it's essential to regularly clean and apply a suitable protectant to preserve its appearance and durability. Begin by gently removing any loose dirt to avoid scratching. Rinse the surface with water and apply a gentle, automotive-grade cleaner or a mild dish soap solution to remove grime without damaging the paint. After thoroughly rinsing and drying with a microfiber towel, protect the aluminum with a quality protectant designed for painted surfaces. Products like 303 Aerospace Protectant or a similar high-quality UV protectant are ideal for shielding the paint from the sun's harmful rays and environmental pollutants, while also enhancing the surface's appearance. Regularly inspect for any signs of wear or damage, and reapply the protectant as needed to keep the surface in prime condition. This routine care helps extend the lifespan of painted aluminum surfaces and keeps them looking new. For the best results, always follow the product manufacturer's recommendations for application and maintenance.
Worksport Soft Truck Bed Covers Worksport soft tonneau covers utilize UV-coated vinyl tarps and require particular attention to maintain their excellent appearance and durability. Cleaning Your Worksport Soft Vinyl Tonneau Cover
To properly clean and protect a Worksport vinyl tonneau cover, it's important to choose a cleaner that is specifically designed for vinyl surfaces. Start by rinsing the cover with water to remove loose dirt. Apply a vinyl tonneau cover cleaner directly to the surface, allowing it to penetrate for a few minutes before wiping it clean with a soft, lint-free microfiber towel. After cleaning, rinsing off any residue, and allowing the cover to air dry, you might consider applying a vinyl protectant such as B.E.S.T. 30032 SPF 2000 Super Protectant Sprayer for additional UV and stain protection. This routine should ideally be performed every 2-3 months to maintain the cover's appearance and integrity.
It's advised against using household cleaner, dish soap, car wash soap, rubbing alcohol, Clorox or Lysol wipes, and Armor All on vinyl tonneau covers. These products can be too harsh, potentially causing discoloration, drying out the vinyl, or leaving behind a residue that attracts more dirt. Instead, stick with products specifically formulated for tonneau covers, which clean while also conditioning and protecting the vinyl surface.
For black vinyl tonneau covers, a toner can be used in addition to regular cleaners to restore the deep black color. However, frequent use of harsh cleaners or protectants not designed for vinyl can lead to damage over time.
General Tonneau Cover Maintenance
Make sure your Tonneau Cover is Properly Secured to your Truck
You should regularly inspect you tonneau cover to ensure it is properly secured to your truck bed to guarantee its stability. Examine the clamps and/or front mounting bolts for correct installation and confirm they remain tight and correctly aligned. Frequent use, especially on uneven terrains, can lead to vibrations and impacts that may necessitate readjustments to the cover.
Maintain and Regularly Inspect your Latches
You should make it a habit to routinely check and maintain the latches on your tonneau cover. Clear out any accumulated dirt or debris and apply a silicone-based lubricant to ensure smooth operation. Verify that the latches are operating smoothly and engaging with the side rail effectively, which is essential for peak performance and security. During this process, be cautious to avoid applying too much spray on the cover itself and clean off any surplus lubricant from the area around the latches.

Cancellations After The Order Has Shipped
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If you no longer want the item, you will need to wait until it is delivered and then initiate a return. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required to properly return the item.
Cancellations of Custom Orders
Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order.
These units are custom-made to your specifications or created once you order. Once you place your order they start building your unit. Your warranty will guarantee you a fully functional and operational product. If it is not clear whether your order is custom or made to order, please message or call us.
All sales are final for custom-made and Made-to-order products.
Refunds and Returns.
If you need to exchange your product, you may do so, as long as the product has not been used or opened. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes.
Not all orders are available for return once they have shipped. We order our products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a return. This often varies on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to us if you would like specific information on your brand and/or product.
Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur a 20% restocking fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product.
Customers have 30 days from the date they received the item to initiate a return.

When you are making a purchase from Truck Bed Supplies, you are acknowledging the following of the Exchange Agreement:
I understand I am to inspect the package upon delivery, and notate and take pictures if there is any damage and provide it to Truck Bed Supplies within 24 hours of the product being delivered.
I understand that I am responsible for the cost of return shipping and the cost of a new product shipping in the case of a refund or exchange.
I understand that products need to be returned unopened and unused. An additional restocking fee may occur.
I understand that if my order has left the warehouse, that I am unable to receive a full refund.
I understand that if I return my order once it has shipped, I will be responsible for paying any return shipping fees and restocking fees, which vary by product but are usually around 20%.
I understand that shipping date estimates outlined on product pages are estimates and may change due to factors completely outside the control of Truck Bed Supplies.
I understand and agree that I will not cancel my order or file a chargeback for an order delay or because an estimate time provided to me turned out to be incorrect due to factors outside the control of Truck Bed Supplies (such as manufacturing and logistical constraints of our partner companies).
Damages
If a package appears to have been damaged during shipping, most likely the item is still okay. Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should take any pictures and make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos of damage, box and SKU, along with a brief description of the damage tosales@truckbedsupplies.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Photos and videos must be sent for freight damage within 48 hours of arrival or the freight damage claim will not be valid. Any punctures, or visible signs of exterior damage must be reported within 48 hours.
Warranty
Warranties vary depending upon the manufacturer - see individual product pages for details. Warranty damages occur over time and from use. If an item was damaged upon arrival, and not reported within 30 days, that is not a warranty claim.
Returns
If you choose to return an item for any reason other than shipping damage or product defects within 30 days of receiving it, please contact us first to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return address. Please note that return addresses may differ from the original shipping address, so it's important to reach out before sending your item back. You, the customer, are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any insurance. Once we receive the item and confirm that it is unused and undamaged, we will issue a full refund, minus a 20% restocking fee.
